Project Summary
While this project was executed 2 decades ago it remains one of the achievements of which I am most proud. After the implementation of a new ERP system I designed and then assisted in the devlopment of all core emergency systems including First Aid training, case tracking, Patient recording, 000 ambualnce dispatch, tracking and others.
All systems were hand crafted. With life critical elements such as the 000 ambulance dispatch system we wrote the underlying software infrastructure that allowed distributed systems to work together in real time when that sort of technology was not available.
While other services domestically and internationally had multiple million dollar budgets we were able to deliver a working and celebrated state of the art solution on time and with a budget less than 1 tenth of similar projects.
